I have been living in the Cameron Oaks Apt Complex for close to 6 yrs now. I really have no complaints. Mgmt is friendly and attentive to issues that arise. I love it here! Parking can be a little scarce at times, but other than that, it is quiet, people are friendly and it’s just a great place to live. Just please, if you have pets...please pick up after them is all I ask. Thank you!

We have lived at Cameron Oaks for nearly four years and love it. Great personal and amenities, pool, spa, exercise gym . The full size washer and dryer in the unit is such a plus . We can’t imagine living anywhere else!??

My husband and I love Cameron Oaks! Kristina is so prompt, friendly, and helpful. The property is surrounded by beautiful trees and is close to everything we need. Anytime we have had a maintenance request, Mike is on the job quickly and efficiently. We love how affordable our unit is and that it included a washer and dryer inside! Our patio is spacious and there is a ton of storage. Cameron Oaks has become our favorite home yet.

I always recommend Cameron Oaks to friends/family looking for a place to land for awhile. You can't beat this location. We lived here twice and each time was a great experience... I'd say the BEST apartments in Cameron Park!
